Create a CRT
This form creates or edits a CRT page.
- Start typing the manufacturer and model number (for example: Sony KV-27S42).
- If the model already exists, you can edit its properties.
- If it doesn't exist, you will be able to create it as a new page.

Create an AV Device
This form creates or edits AV device pages for vintage audio-visual equipment like video mixers, TBCs, VCRs, VTRs, and more.
- Start typing the manufacturer and model number (for example: Videonics MX-1).
- If the device already exists, you can edit its properties.
- If it doesn't exist, you will be able to create it as a new page.
