Description

The Toshiba V-9680 succeeded the V-9600 as Toshiba's front-loading Betamax VCR. It was on sale at the same time as the Sanyo VTC-5000 and Sony SL-C6. Like the V-9600, it relied on a belt-drive mechanism and was heavily built. It retained the multi-event timer feature.
