Description

The FOR-A UPI-100MV is a multi-viewer processing card designed for the Universal Bus (UB-102) modular frame. It accepts up to four composite video inputs and produces a combined multi-view output, allowing operators to monitor multiple video sources on a single display.

Front-panel controls include four SELECT buttons (1–4) for input selection, a SUPER toggle (superimpose overlay on/off), a BORDER toggle (window border on/off), a MATT rotary potentiometer for adjusting the matte/background color behind picture windows, and a LOCAL/REMOTE switch for selecting between front-panel and external control.

The rear panel provides BNC connectors for video inputs (labeled IN1–IN4) and video outputs. The card occupies a single slot in the UB-102 chassis and is secured with captive thumbscrews on either side of the rear I/O panel.

The "MV" designation almost certainly stands for "Multi-Viewer." No online documentation has been located for this card as of 2025.
