The Emerson VCS966A is a Hi-Fi stereo VHS VCR from model year 1986 (1985/1986). An enhanced version of the Emerson VCS966, it upgrades the programmable timer from 4-event/14-day to 8-event/28-day. Otherwise features the same 3-head design with stereo Hi-Fi audio, 139-channel tuner with MTS stereo decoding, 16 presets, wireless remote, audio dubbing, and one-touch recording.
