Description

The VT-1800A was the flagship 1986 Hitachi VHS VCR for the North American market. It featured a 5-head design with SP, LP, and EP speeds, and comprehensive playback features including pause/still, FF/rewind search, frame advance, and slow motion. It included VHS Hi-Fi stereo audio with MTS broadcast stereo reception. The unit featured a motorized controls drawer for a premium aesthetic.
