Description

The JVC HR-D220U was a 1984 front-loading VCR with expanded channel capacity. The 4-head design supported three playback speeds (SP, LP, EP) and two recording speeds (SP, EP) with mono audio. Features included pause/still and fast-forward/rewind search. The digital tuner supported 105 channels. A wireless remote control was included along with an 8-event 14-day programmable timer. The instant record feature allowed quick recording without programming.
