Description
The FOR-A FA-370 is a 10-bit digital time base corrector and frame synchronizer introduced in 2001 as part of the FA-350 series. The FA-370 provides SD-SDI (Serial Digital Interface) input and output, designed for facilities with digital video infrastructure.
The FA-370 was part of FOR-A's entry into the 21st century digital era, introduced as FOR-A celebrated its 30th anniversary. New digital technologies were introduced with younger engineers leading development. Even a decade after launch, these models remained leading products in the broadcast industry.
The FA-370 features 10-bit internal processing with 4:2:2 component signal passage. Full frame memory prevents picture field inversion during processing.
