Description

The Sony GCS-50 was an industrial SuperBeta VCR from 1986. It featured a transport and electronics similar to the SL-HF1000, with Hi-Fi stereo audio, flying erase heads, and insert audio/video editing capabilities. The cream-colored unit included a locking jog wheel and linear stereo. Retail price was approximately $1,500.
