Description

The Sony PCM-701ES is a digital audio processor unit designed for use with the SL-C9 Betamax VCR. It converts analog audio signals to PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) digital format for recording onto Betamax tape, enabling CD-quality audio recording and playback through the video signal path of a compatible VCR.
