Description

The Sony SL-F30 was one of the slimmest Betamax machines at only 80mm (8cm) high. Individual channel selection buttons were replaced with up and down buttons, and it featured a transparent window in the lid for viewing the video cassette during operation. Available in four colours: grey, red, white, and silver. The slim infrared remote matched the design aesthetic. The SL-F30 shared its mechanism with the SL-F60, SL-F35, SL-HF77, and SL-HF150. The SL-F30 was a PAL-only model; the closest NTSC equivalent was the slimline SL-2300/SL-2400 series.
