Description
The JVC SR-HD2700US is a professional Blu-ray Disc and HDD recorder with SD/HD-SDI connectivity, designed for broadcast and professional video applications. It allows creation of standard Blu-ray high-definition discs or DVDs without a PC, recording from a variety of sources to its built-in 1-terabyte hard drive and/or directly to disc. The unit supports recording from SD/HD-SDI, HDMI, USB 2.0, i.Link (IEEE 1394), and SDHC memory cards, making it compatible with most HD cameras, recorders, and production switchers. For clients requiring standard definition content, the SR-HD2700US can downscale and burn standard definition DVDs even when input signals are HD. The built-in duplication function enables easy creation of multiple disc copies. The unit supports HDMI connection to non-HDCP equipment and offers flexible monitoring via HD-SDI, HDMI, and component outputs. External control is available via RS-232C or LAN. HDMI input and disc duplication are limited to non-copy-protected material.
