Mitsubishi CP-1427BM
The Mitsubishi CP-1427BM is a 14-inch portable colour television receiver from Mitsubishi's CP-1x2xB series, made for the UK/European market. The series shares a common basic chassis, with most signal processing handled by integrated circuits including a 40-pin device that combines the decoder and timebase functions. A single service manual documents the Mitsubishi CP-1423B and Mitsubishi CP-1427BM (14-inch) alongside the Mitsubishi CP-1623B and Mitsubishi CP-1627BM (16-inch), using the CP-1423B circuit as the general reference for the range.[1]
Specifications
Mains supply is 240 V, 50 Hz, and the receiver uses the CCIR-I (PAL-I) broadcast system.[1] The 14-inch models (CP-1423B, CP-1427BM) use an A34-series colour picture tube; the 16-inch models (CP-1623B, CP-1627BM) share the same basic chassis with a larger tube.[1]
