The Bang & Olufsen BeoVision MX 6000 is a 28-inch (70 cm) CRT television produced in successive versions from 1992 until 2002.[1] It uses a flat-square Hi-Bri picture tube with a 110-degree in-line gun behind a metallised contrast screen, giving a 66 cm visible picture with VisionClear automatic picture adjustment.[1] Designed by David Lewis, it combines an A2 + NICAM stereo decoder with two bass-reflex speakers driven at 2 × 40 W into 8 ohms, and offers two 21-pin AV (SCART) sockets, a 4-pin Super VHS Y/C playback input, two Power Link sockets and a 3.5 mm headphone jack; market versions covered PAL and SECAM broadcast systems.[1]
