The BarcoGraphics 808s is a high-performance three-tube CRT graphics projector introduced by Barco Projection Systems, presented as new in the company's June 1998 brochure. It uses liquid-cooled 8-inch electromagnetically focused CRTs behind fully colour-corrected F1.06 hybrid lenses, projecting images from 1.4 m up to 6 m wide, and accepts sources from VHS video up to 1,600 × 1,200 workstation graphics with a 120 MHz RGB bandwidth and 15–110 kHz horizontal autolock. Light output is 1,250 lumens at 10% peak white (180–250 ANSI lumens depending on CRT drive mode), and the built-in IRIS³ system performs automatic convergence and geometry alignment in under 2.5 minutes.
