The Bang & Olufsen BeoVision MX 7000 is a 28-inch (70 cm) CRT television introduced by Bang & Olufsen in 1992 and produced until 2002, when it was replaced by the MX8000.[1] It uses a 70 cm Black Line-S picture tube with Black Matrix, giving a 66 cm visible picture behind a grey-glass contrast screen with VisionClear automatic picture adjustment.[1] The MX 7000 was Bang & Olufsen's first television designed with built-in active loudspeakers, using amplification technology from the BeoLab speaker range together with an A2 + NICAM stereo decoder.[1] Typical power consumption is 90–95 W, and international (IT) and North American (NT) versions were offered with expanded tuner ranges and multistandard support.[1][2]
