The JVC AV-32FA44 is a 32-inch flat-screen CRT television released in 2003 as part of JVC's I'Art series. It features a real flat CRT with an INVAR alloy slot mask, which resists thermal doming far better than standard steel masks, allowing for a brighter picture without purity errors. Other picture enhancements include TheaterPro 6500K color temperature and a 3-line digital comb filter. The flat tube design and contemporary cabinet styling represented JVC's premium consumer line.

Audio features include 7.5W × 2 front-firing speakers with BBE High Definition Audio and Hyper Surround Sound. The set includes AV Compu Link III for JVC system integration and an illuminated Super Command universal remote with DVD control capability.

The AV-32FA44 shares its user manual with the JVC AV-32FA54, JVC AV-32F704, and their 27" and 36" counterparts.
