JVC AV-20020
Description
The JVC AV-20020 is a 20-inch consumer CRT television in a black cabinet. It features a dark tint CRT, Black Level Expansion with Apacon picture processing, MTS stereo reception with dBx noise reduction and SAP (Secondary Audio Program) support, and JVC's Super Command remote control with on-screen display menus. The set includes closed captioning, a 181-channel tuner with Channel Guard parental controls, a user-programmable picture preset, Return Plus, auto programming, a multi-function timer, and the ability to turn TV speakers on or off via the menu.
The AV-20020 offers an AV input, a variable audio output for connection to external amplifiers, a front headphone jack, and front-firing speakers. It is the black cabinet variant of the JVC AV-20021, which is otherwise identical.
JVC offered a 2-year picture tube warranty with 1 year parts and labor coverage.
The AV-20020 was part of JVC's 20-inch lineup alongside the JVC TV-20240 TV/VCR combo, the JVC AV-20021, and the JVC C-20010.
