PAL-M is the broadcast television standard used in Brazil. It is unique in combining PAL color encoding with NTSC-style timing.

  • Field rate: 60 Hz (same as NTSC)
  • Color subcarrier: 3.575611 MHz
  • Color encoding: PAL
