Overview

The JVC AV-32D200 is a 32" consumer CRT television released in 1999 as part of JVC's popular D-Series line. This first-generation D-Series model uses the early GR2 chassis with the JVC JCC1007A jungle IC.

The AV-32D200 features component video input and uses either the Hitachi A80LJF30X tube (default) or the Panasonic M80JUA061X (marked with "A" beside the serial number). Both are high-quality tubes that perform well for retro gaming.

Tube Identification

Check the letter beside the serial number on the model tag:

• (no letter) - Hitachi A80LJF30X
• A - Panasonic M80JUA061X

Technical Notes

• Uses early-era D-Series chassis (Dx00) with JVC JCC1007A jungle
• Can be RGB modded
• Has minimal raster bloom compared to later chassis
• 5W speakers per channel
• Black case design
