DTMB
DTMB (Digital Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcast), formerly known as DMB-T/H, is the digital terrestrial television standard used in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Cuba.

History
DTMB was standardized in 2006 and China completed its transition from analog PAL-D/K broadcasts in 2020. The standard was designed to support both fixed and mobile reception.
CRT televisions with DTMB tuners
Some late-era CRT televisions sold in China included built-in DTMB tuners. However, most digital reception during the CRT era was handled by external set-top boxes.
