Description

The Sony VO-5800 is a professional U-matic recorder/player designed as a feeder deck for editing applications. It pairs with the VO-5850 master editing VTR to form a two-machine edit suite when used with the RM-440 edit controller. The VO-5800 offers extensive search capabilities with variable speed playback, pause with still picture, and programmed operation that retains memory for up to three days. The unit operates on universal voltage (110-240V) and can be rack-mounted in a standard 19" rack.
