Description
The FOR-A FA-830 is a frame synchronizer and TBC introduced in March 1998, adding digital noise reduction to the feature set of the FA-820. The noise reduction capability helped clean up noisy source material from consumer and prosumer tape formats.
Like its predecessor, the FA-830 was designed to bridge the analog-to-digital transition, offering a full complement of video interfaces including composite, Y/C (S-Video), analog component, and digital component (SD-SDI), along with color correction capabilities.
