Description
The Sony KV-27FS13 is a 27-inch flat-screen FD Trinitron color television for the North American market, documented alongside the Sony KV-27FS17, Sony KV-27FV17, Sony KV-32FS13 and Sony KV-32FS17 in one Sony operating instructions manual (© 2001). As the base 27-inch model it has a single RF input and no picture-in-picture; the step-up KV-27FS17 adds a second RF input for two-tuner PIP.
Specifications
The set uses a flat-screen FD Trinitron picture tube with a 27-inch (679 mm) visible diagonal on a 29-inch tube. The NTSC tuner covers VHF 2–13, UHF 14–69 and CATV 1–125 through a 75-ohm antenna input. Inputs are 3 composite video with 3 audio, 1 S-Video, 1 component (Y/Pb/Pr) with audio, and 1 RF; there is 1 audio output. It runs on 120 V 60 Hz AC, drawing 170 W in use and 1 W in standby, measures 700 × 632 × 512 mm (W/H/D) and weighs 47 kg, with 7.5 W × 2 speaker output and the RM-Y180 remote control.[1]
