EveryCRT is a community project dedicated to preserving technical documentation, specifications, and historical information about CRT monitors, televisions, and related vintage AV equipment. Much of this information is no longer available from original sources, and we believe it serves an important archival and educational purpose.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on this wiki infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

Only the copyright owner or someone legally authorized to act on their behalf may submit a DMCA takedown request. To file, please email [email protected] with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. The specific URL(s) of the infringing material on this wiki
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Penalties for Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be held liable for damages incurred by the alleged infringer, including costs and attorney's fees.

Submitting a DMCA notice with false claims of ownership or authorization is perjury.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and phone number
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant
5. Your physical or electronic signature

We will process valid requests in accordance with the DMCA and restore content if appropriate after receiving a valid counter-notification.
