Overview
The JVC AV-27260 is a 27-inch color television that was part of JVC's 2002 CRT television lineup. It features a full square picture tube and includes Picture-in-Picture (PIP) functionality with dual tuners, allowing viewers to watch two different channels simultaneously. The TV supports 181-channel frequency synthesis, covering VHF, UHF, and various cable bands.

The AV-27260 was part of a series that included:
- AV-36260 and AV-36230 (36" models)
- AV-32260 and AV-32230 (32" models)
- AV-27260 (27" model)
Only models ending in "60" (AV-36260, AV-32260, AV-27260) feature the 2-Tuner PIP functionality. Models ending in "30" lack PIP capability.
RGB Modding
The RGB modding capability of the JVC AV-27260 has not been definitively confirmed. While many JVC models in the AV-27xxx series are known to be RGB moddable (including the AV-27230), and others are confirmed as not moddable (like the AV-27320), the AV-27260 is not specifically listed in known modding databases.
