The Sony KV-ES38M90 is a 38-inch Trinitron CRT television manufactured by Sony for the Hong Kong market. It uses the AG3 chassis platform and features Digital Reality Creation Multi-Function (DRC-MF) processing with DRC1250, DRC100, and DRC Progressive modes.

The set supports Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and TWIN picture display, NICAM and A2 stereo/bilingual audio, Virtual Dolby Surround (Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro Logic, and TruSurround), and BBE audio processing. Unlike its regional variants, this model does not include teletext. It includes a sleep timer, wake-up timer, child lock, ECO mode, and a game mode for video game equipment.

This model shares a service manual with the Sony KV-ES38M31, Sony KV-ES38M61, and Sony KV-ES38M91.
