== Description ==
The JVC AV-20420 is a 20-inch consumer CRT television in a black cabinet. It features a full square dark tinted picture tube, MTS stereo with SAP, JVC's Hyper Scan high-speed channel changer, front-firing bottom speakers with 1W + 1W audio output, and 2 AV inputs (1 front, 1 rear).
Additional features include Black Level Expansion, Apacon picture processing, V-Chip parental controls, closed captioning with text, Game Mode, a multi-function timer, sleep timer, Channel Guard, XDS auto clock set, and a unified remote control with TV/VCR control capability. The set is Energy Star compliant.
The AV-20420 is the black cabinet variant; the [[JVC AV-20421]] is the white cabinet version with identical specifications.
