The Rekord-B (Russian: «Рекорд-Б») is a Soviet black-and-white tube television produced from 1959 by the Alexandrov Radio Plant (Александровский радиозавод). A 16-tube, 12-channel superheterodyne tabletop set, it is built around a 35LK2B (35ЛК2Б) picture tube with an ion trap giving a 280 × 210 mm picture with about 500 lines of resolution. It runs from 127 V or 220 V mains, consumes about 140 W, weighs 30 kg, and originally sold for 236 rubles 80 kopecks.[1]
