Description

The JVC SR-HD2500US is a professional Blu-ray Disc and HDD recorder with built-in SD/HD-SDI connectivity, designed for broadcast and professional video applications. It allows creation of standard Blu-ray high-definition discs or DVDs without a PC, recording from a variety of sources to its built-in 500GB hard drive or directly to disc. The SD/HD-SDI interface ensures compatibility with most HD cameras, recorders, and production switchers. The unit supports AVCHD camera files and JVC ProHD MOV files via USB 2.0 or SDHC memory cards. For clients requiring standard definition content, the SR-HD2500US can downscale and burn standard definition DVDs. A unique feature is the ability to superimpose SD/HD-SDI embedded timecode or time/date information onto Blu-ray or DVD recordings. Multiple copies of Blu-ray or DVD discs can be created using the built-in duplication function. The SR-HD2500US is the predecessor to the SR-HD2700US.
